Agro Iliria Group Shpk was founded in 2014 by Ilir Trebicka and Shpetim Oseku. Agro Iliria is hands down the biggest crop production farm in Albania with approx. 1,000 hectares of agricultural land. The company has invested between 5-10 million Euro since its establishment 6 years ago and currently can be considered as one of the biggest producers of goji berry in Europe. Producing for direct export is the chosen business model and the top management believes that success is just a matter of time.

Goji is a sprawling shrub with long, flexible canes and clusters of small, grey-green leaves. The flowers are a brilliant royal purple and they appear in late spring/early summer along the length of the canes. They give way to juicy, bright red fruits that resemble small peppers. They grow sweeter as they mature on the plant. Goji plants continue to flower and produce fruit through the first heavy frost.
