LoEl shpk is a family-owned business that is managed by Mrs. Valdete Sahiti. She has a five – year experience in production, collection and processing of fruits and vegetables, while in 2022, she registered her company. Currently, the number of employees working in the company is 7 people. The company produces pickling of vegetables and ajvar – a typical product of Balkan region made from hot pepper or sweet pepper. Raw vegetables are coming mainly from her production plots, greenhouses or open filed, as well she buys from other farmers of Viti region. The company has invested in a new processing lines and machineries with the support of USAID and other donors. LoEL is in process of implementing the HACCP system.
